Facts: Seller listed a Google Pixel 2xl for sale as New, Sealed, Never opened. What I received was an opened box, not sealed, with the plastic wrap removed from the phone. I believe the phone was used. I immediately contacted the seller explaining the issue and even attempted to work with the seller however the seller refused. After filing a paypal dispute and returning the phone - seller then Fought the refund and the reason, get this = because it was used!? Paypal immediately sided with me. I have all private messages, feel free to ask. Caveat Emptor
