Richard sent the device quickly and there was a slim case and cord in the box. The phone is great, mostly as described.
There are a few very noticeable scratches on the exterior screen. They are not too bad, but I can easily feel them with my finger. Also the photos for the sale had a screen protector on it and no direct shots that showed the exterior screens scratches.
That said, the interior screen looks great.
It was also a great deal at ~$700 USD.
Would absolutely buy from Richard again, but would also expect not take for granted that a screen under a screen protector is good.
