Due to the inconvenience, I am giving this Seller a Neutral rating. Seller added Signature Confirmation required for Parcel without notification. Which made it badly inconvenience trying to get to the Post Office to sign for Parcel trying to met timetable sending overseas to a User. Wish Seller would have just added just "USPS Tracking/Delivery Confirmation Service" instead of Signature Confirmation!
