I don't know if it was an innocent misunderstanding or what happened. The phone was supposedly shipped out twice. Haven't received it yet and there was little or no communication about the shipping info. He did refund my money but because of the other problems I wouldn't buy from him again.

Said he was gonna ship it the day I bought phone. Never got an update for shipping, so the next afternoon I wrote and asked about it. He never responded to me. Finally the next day he wrote to tell me he had sellers remorse and was just going to keep the phone. He couldn't let me known that the day I bought the phone? Instead I wasted my time waiting for nothing. Be very careful if you buy from this person, they may wait for 2 days without responding to you, just to say they changed their mind and want to keep the device!!! I don't recommend buying from them at all. 0 stars if that was an option!
