I purchased the phone from the seller back on August 2016 (4 months ago) and now my phone was BLACKLISTED by tmobile so I contacted the seller and he said that he'll check with tmobile. Seller told me that phone will work after 24hrs and phone was still blacklisted after 24hrs. I didn't have phone for over a week and seller was not very cooperative. Swappa staff suggest that open a dispute from paypal but seller never responded to paypal resolution center. I am very frustrated and I am waiting for paypal to take over. I was very lucky that phone purchase was within 180 days. Paypal protection only covers that are within 180 days. Just be careful when you're buying a phone from him because it can go blacklisted any time. Very very disappointed.

I give 3 stars because the communication was terrible and late shipping. Product was good to go tho.

Phone was exactly as described, if not better. (still had protective factory plastic over the flash). Seller included aftermarket, cheap charger though, instead of OEM.

Received my very fast and iPhone was in tact and everything seems to work great! Also included brand-new charger which is awesome.

The phone we purchased from this Seller has worked fine for the first 10 days so far since we received it. But unfortunately, the Seller did not deliver fully on his commitment as stated in his posting with Swappa. The phone advertised as including a cell charger for the phone, but the charger we received did not work properly, and we were forced to purchase separately a charger and wait an additional 6 days before we could use our phone. This was unfortunate and not necessary. We had informed the Seller right away of the malfunctioning charger and politely asked that he honor his commitment to provide us with a working charger, which is what his Swappa ad had clearly implied. The Seller refused to do this for us and gave us the response that the charger he provided was a "courtesy charger". We tried communicating and resolving this, but it became clear the Seller would not honor his ad to deliver us a working charger. We advise future buyers to be careful.
