The seller listed this phone as Mint condition, but there were scratches on the screen that were hard to see in the sellers pictures, but were obvious to see when the phone was received. The phone showed wear and abuse beyond what the seller claimed as having opened it just 1 day prior. After having to return the phone, I am out $23 dollars for the return shipping for a mistake that was the sellers. Swappa should not penalize the buyer of an incorrectly listed phone and should do better to enforce standards. It just takes a few dishonest sellers to ruin the safe buying experience and the credibility of the entire Swappa platform.
