Item arrived quickly and in near the condition described, but there was a miscommunication about the screen which ended up having some scratches. Eliza handled it well and refunded a small portion of the sale as compensation. Eliza also included a charger and cable with the sale, which wasn't included in the listing. Overall good interaction.
