Aesthetically the phone came as advertised- MINT. In fact, it was better than the Swappa definition of mint, the seller wrote it was flawless and that is how it arrived. Mike shipped the phone super fast; it arrived at my door just 2 or so days after buying and he was responsive through the Swappa sale the whole way. As an added bonus, Mike took great care in the packaging of the phone. The phone was clean of fingerprints and dust and the product itself was secure. I’m usually skeptical when buying online from individuals but felt good about going through Swappa with Mike as the seller.
