The item was not as described. The laptop had a stuck pixel and the warranty was used. When I brought to the sellers attention, the seller made the accusation that I caused the stuck pixel by mishandling. When I returned the laptop they wanted me wait 7 to 10 days for refund. Swappa told them repeatedly to refund me. I had to file a dispute with PayPal. It was very weird to treat a customer this way. I hope they learn from this and get there customer service together. Will not buy anything from them again!!! Very arrogant and condescending and difficult to deal with.

phone is in great conditions. The only thing that is wrong with it is the battery life sucks. i was on it this morning for an hour and it went from full battery to 30% left in that hour. Should probably mention that next time. Also said the cable would be included and it wasnt. Wasnt a big deal cause i had an extra one laying around, but still should send everything you say would be included
