Seller sold me a phone in "Mint" condition. Photos of the phone looked good. When I received it, it had scratches all over the screen and a battery health of only 90%. I immediately requested a return, as I was willing to pay extra for a phone in mint condition, which Swappa defines as "showing no signs of wear and tear". Seller refused to return the phone, saying that I was exaggerating and that his photos were accurate. When I provided my own photos that clearly showed scratches and battery health, he still refused to return. Swappa was no help as they refused to mediate. They suggested I work it out with the seller or use Paypal's payment dispute process. I made one last plea for a return and the seller finally agreed to the return, but insisted I pay for the return shipping. Awful experience.

IPad in amazing condition as described. Highly recommend this seller.
