Got a charger for 13" model, even though I was buying a 15 inch model and the listing did not mention that. Also the laptop came with battery saying `service recommended`. The latter might be a coincidence as the listing had the same cycle count on the photo and status said `normal`, but that is a very strange coincidence.

As described and fast shipping

The MBP was poorly packed and arrived in a partially crushed box. However, the computer was not damaged and it does function properly. The AC adapter was the wrong adapter for this computer but the seller did a partial refund to correct the error. While the seller is sometimes slow to respond, in the end, the seller did make it right.

I ordered this with express shipping, and it was shipped within the Swappa-defined time parameters. The seller was communicative during the delay between ordering and shipping caused by PayPal issues. I was dissatisfied with the way the item was shipped. I ordered a MacBook Air. The computer itself was securely wrapped in a layer of shrink wrap, but it was put in a half full box with nothing to secure it and the power plugs just thrown in loose. The box arrived smashed and damaged, which is typical when it is not filled with packing filler. Fortunately everything was okay, but that’s no way to ship an item.

MacBook arrived in nearly perfect condition. Thanks again!
