Great phone and excellent communication!

Undisclosed damage - Connector was mangled, pictures did not include the drops the phone experienced and were described as minor scratches. Phone functions

Phone arrived in a timely fashion. Device as described.

The tablet was received quickly, although in sub-par packaging, and in a condition which was not advertised on the sale page. Seller was reluctantly willing to provide a partial refund for the issues after involving swappa staff and sent the following comment with the refund; (i have filtered the word he chose to use)

Here you go. I just made sh** on this device and you made out like a bandit...congrats. For what its worth this tablet WAS brand new and I never saw the screen defect or corner issue. This was a manufacturing defect. "

If the issues were a manufacture defect, there should have been no reason for his not noticing of them.

I advise this seller to pay more attention to the condition of the devices he sells, and I advise any prospective buyers to be cautious when purchasing.
