Great shipping! Tbh the device was in an even better condition than it appeared in the pictures. Besides a slight over heating issue, when first used the problem has not appeared ever since. Highly satisfied with this purchase!

Overall great value and seller met my request to receive by a certain date by 4 days, plenty of time. I give 4 instead of 5 stars as some confusion over start of ship that I was concerned over. However seller did meet the 2 days Swappa ship requirement. Also there were small scratches that while within the Swappa rate guidelines, perhaps should have been better mentioned in the description.

At the least the seller was negligent in not being aware of what would happen if the phone was unlocked. In the case of Sprint it renders the device incompatible with the Sprint network, and unable to be activated when received. It requires several more steps that need to be taken by the buyer
