The item was not shipped until over a week after purchase and required several follow ups on my end. However in the end the product was received exactly as described. As a side note - the laptop was neither in factory reset mode nor cleaned upon delivery which would have been a nice courtesy.

Shipped on time and works as described! My feedback is that the laptop should be fully reset and put in "setup" mode before shipping. Otherwise the buyer has to repeat that process, as I did in this case.

Package came in a day early and was as advertised.

After 2 weeks of use, the laptop works and looks great!

Everything was as advertised. (Although, I didn't see the 1.5 inch scratch on the left side of the screen until it arrived which was a surprise to me.)

Overall though, this was a satisfying experience.

Computer was good, charger it came with wasn't meant for it, but was issued a partial refund for it, so it's all good.

I would consider condition as "fair" not "good". the left USB port is somewhat loose and connection could be "iffy" at times. both the cord and scratch was worse than what I had understood. it took an entire 7 days to get it thru usps, never again by that method!

The mac was in very good condition, but the way it was sent was poorly packed. The charger that came with was very dirty.

The laptop works but (1) Laptop was not in reset/setup mode so I had to reset it manually (2) Screen and keyboard was very dirty and had to be cleaned (3) The power cord is literally duct-taped together in three locations and is hanging by a thread.
