Seller very responsive and helpful, quick to ship. Swappa should make the damage description just as visible, if not more visible, than the rest of the listing. It seems deceptive to make the color lighter and font thinner. I completely overlooked it because it was also placed at the very bottom like some kind of shady fine print...

This experience was fantastic! I got my iPad THE NEXT DAY, even though we live farther away than Swappa indicates, and I've had zero device issues. It's now been a few weeks, and the iPad is great! I had SUPER prompt attention from the seller AND he brought my device to a drop off center with people and INSURED it, instead of dropping it in an unmanned bin.
Side note: Give New Swappa people a chance! I'm new here, and my first and only experience before this one was almost my last.
I had bought a device from a highly rated, high volume Swappa dude and while we live only minutes from each other, my device came A WEEK LATER, DIDN'T WORK, AND I VOWED NEVER to use Swappa again.
I still look at that device and want to throw it in the river. The lesson? If the seller sees YOU are a low volume user, Be Careful using a high volume seller. Go to the Start-up Swappa.
