The seller sent the device I purchased to my address and I received it correctly. I paid exactly what the price was for this device on the listing. The device works and I rated it positively.

Then the seller attempted to charge me for an additional fee that UPS charged him that I have no control over. I updated the rating to negative.

The seller finally contacted UPS about the shipping costs that he is responsible for and they refunded him. The new rating is reflective only of the quality of the device, which has been received as described.
