Bought my first swappa phone with Clarid. Clarid had provided a thorough description of the phone and is very responsive. If there happens to be any delays for the shipping, then Clarid will be upfront of the reasoning. When I had received the phone, the phone was as described.
The phone was very well taken care of and had a very clean exterior. The phone had legit felt like new. The software of the phone was also great as well. In other words, the phone had pretty much felt like new.
Clarid truly cares about making a positive exchange. Thanks for everything Clarid! :)
