The watch is not new. It's clearly shows usage sign and looks like been used for a month.
The seller should have sold this as used in mint condition and not as new resale.

Hi Michael. The first att store set it up with a new SIM card info even after I told them it has e-sim. At first they were telling me I had to open up the watch to get to the sim. They were clueless I even called tech support and they told me the watch was defective. I went to corporate att store and the guy entered the info for the embedded sim instead of using info from a new SIM card.
