Seller refused to take ownership of merchandise not being delivered in condition advertised: would not receive usb charger vs advertised "charging port is loose but still works fine". Due to this, I was unable to check device against Swappa guidelines. Seller offered no assistance or alternative solutions and resulted in filing dispute with paypal. Seller also did not pay for return shipping for a defective product.
