Phone was purchased as a Christmas gift was supposed to be unlocked but was not, had outstanding balance with carrier. Seller did issue refund but no useable phone on a Christmas morning did not make my mom happy.

So this one's a little tough. I bought the phone on a Sunday... As well as a iPad from someone else and both were shipped on Monday. The iPad got here on Wednesday but the phone never made it till FRIDAY! I messaged the seller Thursday it wasn't going to get here even Thursday but instead of calling about it he insisted it would get here. It didn't. So... Not till after I started talking about a refund when it didn't arrive Thursday then he said he would call about it Friday morning when he should've called Thursday. I know you can't control the USPS but you can try and move it along. I'm not sure I would buy from him again but if you do really stay on the shipping.

I have to say that this seller is amazing. It turned out that something didn’t work properly for an unlocked iPhone on T-MOBILE’S network. Seller was easy to work with and in the end the phone had to be returned. This was never an issue with Alex. The phone was shipped back and refund processed. Sellers like this are great because you can feel SAFE with your purchase. I would purchase another phone from him with confidence in the future without hesitation.
