Unfortunately the seller never sent the phone, never communicated with me and did not provide a refund on her own even though Swappa had provided her with detailed instructions on how to process it. PayPal fully resolved the issue and Swappa was excellent at helping to try to move the sale along, always communicating timely with me throughout the transaction. While I would not recommend this seller I would definitely recommend Swappa and will shop on Swappa again.

Came as described. The phone was in pristine condition. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is that the box was damaged, and I did not personally feel confident in the protection of the shipping packaging.
