Phone has a replaced frame (wasn't mentioned in the listing). the frame itself suffered from heavy damage. apparently the screen was replaced. phone was sold as if it wasn't repaired ever. in addition - the phone was AT&T replacement and was listed under Verizon. seller had refused to take responsibility and sent me around the Cell phones LABS in the city.
