The phone appears to have been lost in transit by USPS, but of course this is not the seller's fault. Seller shipped it out on the first possible business day after I purchased the phone, which was great. Also, when 2 weeks had passed with no movement on the USPS tracking, when I brought to the seller's attention that it was likely lost, they started the refund the same day. First class all the way on the seller's part.

Works perfectly, no damage and adequate delivery

The phone doesn’t hold a charge all day like it should. What can be done to fix this?

Screen was a little dirty (had crumbs or something on it?), but iPad was as advertised, along with accessories.
