While the phone is pretty flawless, it was shipped horribly! There was nothing to protect the phone from the bumps of rough shipping. There was no bubble wrap, no paper wrapping - nothing. The phone and charger were just dropped in box and sent out. The box arrived ripped and thanks goodness it didn't have a severe rip otherwise the phone or charger would or could have fallen out. Also the phone was not factory reset and had msgs and phone calls showing in the history.

Received laptop in timely fashion in condition advertised. Have not fully tested but powered on and seems 100% good.
