Honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with my first purchase via Swappa. Mr. Adam responded to my questions quickly and posted new pictures when I asked. He put the phone in the mail the very next morning and it got my house with the swiftness. He wrapped the phone in bubble wrap and included all of the accessories that he listed, including 2 cases and a wireless charger. The one scratch that looked huge in the picture is hardly noticeable in real life. The screen has NO scratches. Everything on the phone works properly. It's my first iphone, so it took a while for the data to transfer from my old phone and then I had to port my number over from the evil V.. I was worried about buying from this site, but I am very happy now, because I saved a ton of money. Thanks, Swappa, and Mr. Adam.
