I received the phone with the bootloader unlocked which was giving me a warning message during phone booting. This was unexpected to me and Chuck went to great lengths to create a word document with instructions for me to fix. Because I'm cautious about my security I chose to follow instructions on the official android/google website rather than follow the instructions provided which had me follow third party downloads. My requirements are likely more stringent than the average buyer and because of that I would recommend this seller to the average buyer. The 4 star rating is from a SATISFIED customer that had to do more work than he expected.
