The phone was in good condition and the price was very attractive but the listing mentioned it included the headphones. The seller apologized for checking the box and offered to send a pair after the sale was completed. That seemed reasonable but I was happy with the deal without the headphones so i didn't take him up on it. A responsible seller just a bit sloppy on the listing. Otherwise good. One final thing, that doesn't get listed is the phone/case/charger STUNK like smoke! I had to throw away the case and wash the phone. Again, smoke isn't a listing criteria but expect anything this seller uses to really smell smokey.
