Phone was lost in transit (Obviously not the seller's fault) took a while to get the seller to respond. I imagine he was working through the claims process, but he did follow up with a full refund. Pleased with the refund and I ended up finding another phone on Swappa. Thanks for the communication.

The keys are all going haywire now...not sure what's going on...every time I type anything another key will be pressed...
