Unfortunately, my experience was not great. Ordered a device Feb 21st. Didn't see tracking, so I asked about it on Feb 23rd. Got a response Feb 24th saying that it would ship out the following Monday and that if it didn't, we would get a refund. Feb 28th I ask if the device had shipped and never heard anything else from Michael.
