Seller was communicative and delivered the item on time. The device was as described: new, unused, ready for activation on Verizon. The color of phone was not accurate, but the seller made up for this genuine mistake by offering a partial refund. I am happy with the phone and the sellers customer service. The iPad Pro 11” was actually tied to the customers Sprint account. Sprint noted the account was still active and there was a current balance. Due to this, the iPad could not be activate on Sprint until the seller either closed the account, or removed the iPad from their account and paid off any remaining balance. The seller acknowledged the iPad was tied to an account, but that it should have been unlocked. The seller decided to cancel the transaction before the item shipped.
