I had ordered this phone on September 4th, and USPS ended up misplacing the package (or getting delayed?) so it didn't get delivered until almost 12 days later, while I was out of town. Despite this, Russel stayed in touch about updates and was in constant contact with USPS and myself to try and get the package moving. I feel he went above and beyond to try and solve the issue we ran into. Once I was able to look over the phone everything is in great condition as specified, he even included 4 extra glass screen protectors! I would absolutely buy from him again!
