Only 4 out of 5 stars because of delivery option - since it is well known delivery people leave packages out in the open when not at home (and even when at home), these devices are too expensive to send without signature-required option. I found my Ipad in the evening after it had been outside on my porch all day.

The phone phone was received exactly in the condition listed (maybe even better). All accessories were included such as the wall charger, USB cable and even the SIM card removal tool. A case was included with the sale as well, which was a great addition.
