phone arrived on time, but was not factory reset when I received it. Had pictures of other people in gallery. Physically in great condition, but software had errors like a missing software update option and callers reported an echo that made actually using this phone as a phone very difficult.

Very bad communication with Faisal, he took days to respond to my questions. Not happy at all with this sale.

I was not completely satisfied with my purchase as it had issues with cellular reception and I was surprised by the amount of screen burn in the device has, to be totally fair this can be hard to capture in pictures. The seller was quick to respond and was very understanding of my situation and promptly accepted my request for a full refund.
