Although everything ended up being fine, the buying process was pretty stressful. Due to unforeseen circumstances, seller was not able to send the package within the 2 business days that Swappa requires. He emailed me apologizing, saying that he would include some extra goodies. He said he had to work on fixing the MacBook because his friend had accidentally bricked it, which was very concerning as a buyer and almost made me want to cancel the purchase, but I stuck it out, and everything turned out fine. Everything was as described, just a day late.

Great seller, prompt communication, phone was exactly as described and shipped quickly.
