I would have given 5 stars but there was a minor ding on the top right corner of the phone. It is a very small ding but still there. The screen and back did have zero damage or scratches but I am just a little bothered about the small ding on the top right corner of the phone. I didn't catch it in the pictures either which stinks because you can see it but that's the risk you take when you purchase a phone online. Flawless means flawless and even though this phone is in excellent condition it does have flaw making it not flawless.
