The seller responded quickly to my inquiries before and after buying the product. The surface pro 4 was in a condition as described (although it was a refurbished model which was not listed in the item listing, but I don't quite care as long as it works fine). I surface pen battery was dead on arrival but after replacing the pen battery the entire setup was as good as new. Also the seller sent an extra third party cover apart from the original Microsoft type cover which was not listed in the product listing, so that was nice of the seller.
