Excellent experience. Phone is in perfect condition after testing it all day. Tom was kind enough to help me out with an issue we ran into with USPS and even went so far as to contact my local USPS to figure out the situation. The phone came with a screen protector, charger, and phone case. ESN came back clean on my provider's website, so this is one of the luckiest deals I came across.
