The Iphone SE came in the good condition as advertised. Seller has very poor communication and had to notify Swappa staff in order to get the iphone shipped and get the tracking. I was satisfied by the Iphone overall and would buy again. Shipping was fast. Hopefully they improve communication to receive 5 stars.

Phone was not reset. All information of previous user was still on the phone, restriction code was not removed. Had to waste time with Apple for assistance as seller was unhelpful and communications was lacking, never update tracking info. Would not consider buying from again.

Device is 98% as expected and was shipped in a timely manner as described. Everything went smoothly. ONLY issue is that the Samsung account is still permanently linked to the phone and I'm unable to remove without password for the account. I am also unable to factory reset without this password. So far phone functions as intended in all other ways.

Phone did come almost as described in mint condition. Aside from that I understand this wasn't really at fault of seller for shipping errors, but do feel that if you're going to send something valuable in the $500+ range you might want to use a better service than USPS Retail Ground™. Also, they forgot to send the USB cable included and offered to ship it out, but I let that slide because I've got them already.
