Seller was extremely prompt, I received and activated the phone 2 days after I ordered it. He forgot to include the charging cord but credited me $10 as compensation (as an alternative, he also offered to ship it to me, but I took the money), so he was honest about his mistake and more than willing to make good on it.

I would recommend this seller and would consider doing business with him again.
