Was told this phone was in mint condition and still in plastic, the screen has scratches all over it with extensive damage in the left bottom corner. A classic situation of the seller reapplying the original plastic. Highly disappointed at the lies of this seller.

The phone came in and although the condition of the phone itself was great, the phone was in fact not unlocked like the seller said it would be, so my SIM card was not supported. I would like to return this product as soon as possible if the problem isn't fixed.
