Phone was sort of as described, very happy with it, but it was shipped in a small flat rate box with the only padding being the case. No bubble wrap, no filler. Just free to bounce around in the box. The phone had obviously knocked around so much that some of the box's edges were busting open from the inside, and that aside, regardless of how good the case is, even a crumpled up newspaper would have prevented damage to the box, or potential unnecessary damage to the phone.

Other than that, the phone was as described, and seems to be functioning well.

Got this device quickly and it was in great condition. Packaging could have used some padding but otherwise everything was perfect.
