Prompt delivery and everything arrived as advertised. My only quibble would be with the way the item was packaged. I would recommend wrapping the item directly with bubble wrap and taping it, then stuffing the box with paper. The phone had some loose bubble wrap and the phone was clearly bouncing around inside. That said, there was no apparent damage to the phone so your mileage may vary.

Excellent seller. Phone was new in sealed box as described. Arrived quick & well packed. Full year warranty from Apple site was effective after activation.

This Swappa user shipped the device immediately, despite being a holiday week[end]. Arrived quickly via USPS. Upon opening the package, the new-in-box iPhone was very loosely wrapped in some crumpled up paper envelopes and a piece of bubble wrap that wasn't even wrapped around the OEM box and failed my "shake" test (box could be clearly heard bouncing around inside of the shipping box). However, the iPhone was thankfully undamaged inside and everything the seller stated was 100% perfect.

Please use more packing material next time as the OEM box is not 100% foolproof from shipping mishaps. Assigning 5 stars for the sale, regardless.
