Awful. Paid 1PM June 4th. Shipping label printed and tracking added to Swappa sale June 6th 7PM. Tracking removed from PayPal transaction June 8th 10AM. No updates, no changes to originally provided tracking until Swappa and PayPal got involved on June 14th. Tracking number finally got scanned in at a local post office on June 15th at 7PM. Delivered June 17th. Seller shipped the phone iCloud locked to someone’s account. Immediately reported this to Swappa. Resolution reached June 23rd after 6 days of seller claiming he had cleared the activation lock but had not. AVOID AT ALL COST

Received phone that didnt have the original iPhone display screen. This was not advertised on the listing. After receiving phone, noticed the screen was coming off. Took it to apple and they notified me that a third party display was installed and the screws were stripped.

Seller did an excellent job in getting the device shipped in a timely fashion. The device has been fully setup with my accounts and information. All is working exactly as expected. Thank you so much.
