The seller didn't send me the phone. Said that he have some issues with PayPal and didn't provide tracking number.

Everything was as described

iPad appears in good condition & working properly.
Packaging was completely unacceptable as iPad was found inside a thin used amazon box that wasn’t as wide as iPad, it was wrapped poorly in a dirty used hand towel.
iPad was at 31% battery as it was not powered off before shipping.
Absolutely no communication from seller regarding purchase or shipping.
