Dear Jeremy, I received the OnePlus 7 in good condition and thank you for your prompt shipment. I'm a retired electrical engineer, and if I may offer a suggestion, consider shipping future phone orders in small boxes padded with foam or bubble-pack. Wrapping a phone in paper towels in an envelope offers very little protection from shipping damage. Fortunately, we were lucky and this OnePlus 7 works well. I've already converted it from OxygenOS to Free/Open Source Lineage OS and love it.

Good communication, although there was some issues. The seller was happy to try and resolve the issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

Everything was perfect and packaging was good.
