Device is as advertised

Upon purchase of the phone, the seller waited to ship the device until the money was moved from PayPal into his bank account (redundant to hold shipment for it). Received the phone today and found out that it's common for the ear price to have a muffled quality (at least I can make out what there saying) but I know it would be a pain to request a refund and to wait for him to reply messages. I can deal with the ear piece, since I love this phone to death!
