Phone did show up in condition advertised. However, simply mailing a naked phone(no box, simply by itself) in a simple padded Amazon envelope was a bit risky. I recommend a little more care out I to something that costs such a price when shipping. Other than that, shipping time was just fine and seller was quick and responsive.
