The phone came in exactly as it said. It looks beautiful and worked beautifully, except it didn't work with my service. I got a new sim card to hopefully make it work so it could send calls/texts and still didn't. I had to go back to my old phone and everything was perfectly fine so I'm assuming its the phone. This wasn't bad because it came in promptly, was a great phone (except for the fact it wouldn't work for me) but it may work for someone else's service.

First phone received was not as indicated in the listing -- it did not have a genuine apple screen (a cheap replacement with bad colors). Seller was able to offer same phone in new condition. The phone received was an apple replacement device which means refurbished (model numbers with an N are replaced devices). Not a bad thing, but not necessarily communicated.

Ordered it late on a Monday, received it on a Friday via USPS. Seller sent me tracking info. Battery was at 100 percent as advertised, screen in great shape with protector and description of wear on the case was as described. Everything on the phone seems to work after quick tests. This seller is recommended!

Individual who the phone was bought for brought phone to Verizon due to not being able to hear anything unless phone was on speaker and Verizon said there was nothing they could do about it. That is not a phone in good condition. AND $25 express shipping is a joke especially when other phone that was ordered is coming tomorrow and received the express one today. Will NOT be using this website again.
