Product in great condition... arrived quickly

Phone is as advertised, even came with phone case!!

THE DEVICE WAS JUST AS DESCRIBED AND IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER!
HOWEVER!
I am rating this seller 4 out of 5 stars, not because there is damage to the device, but because of his selling ethic. In the description of his sales page, he noted that the devices was only ever turned on to test that it functions, and that the phone was never actually used.
Regardless of if the phone was used or not... the sticker on the back of the phone (IMEI sticker) was partially peeled off, creating a mess for me to clean up.
The phone case that came with the device was obviously used/open, which goes against what the seller had said about the phone not being used.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS SELLER! Seller indicated the phone wasnt on a device installment plan prior to sale, but I received the phone and confirmed with the carrier that it IS on a device installment plan that is not paid for. Seller completely deflected responsibility, saying it wasnt their issue and that it is the responsibility of the person they bought it from. Also blamed Swappa for not catching it upon the listing. Refused to provide any resolution so I am taking it to PayPal.

Phone nearly as described. Seller promised $10 back i never received.
