The phone did not come as described. There was some sort of software glitch that did not allow the phone screen going to sleep. Tried a bunch of ways to fix it but I was not successful.
The seller wouldn't let me return the product for a refund.

The phone was in great condition and the shipping was prompt. Great buying experience!!

Bought device from seller, device was not as described which is "No signs of use", the reasons being: 1. The devices battery cover is scuffed in two places which shows signs of use, and disqualifies the device (At least from my standard) from the "No signs of use" tag, the device was also described by the buyer as "In mint condition". However on more positive notes, the process of buying and receiving the device went swimmingly, it was shipped next day via Fedex ground. Would probably buy from seller again but would ask for more pictures firs.
